Whilst we will continue to dispatch daily on a next working day delivery service for parcels, due to the ongoing pandemic and volume of parcels currently in the UK parcel network we cannot guarantee this service. Our last dispatch date pre Christmas is Thursday 23rd December 2pm. We are closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th December. We are open Wednesday 29th, Thursday 30th and New Years Eve 8am – 5pm, however due to courier restrictions we will not be dispatching orders during these 3 days. We open again as normal from Tuesday 4th January.
We offer you free next working day delivery* on all small orders for our heating products to any UK mainland address. If the order requires delivery via a pallet, the service will be free 1-2 working day delivery and shown at checkout.
Please note this excludes Northern Ireland, Eire and the Scottish Highlands. Further to our standard delivery service, we are also able to offer a pre 10:30am delivery service on any working day. However, this level of carriage does come with an added cost:
For bulky orders, we will arrange a pallet delivery on a 1-2 working day service, but costs may vary depending on the size of the order. Please note free next working day delivery excludes pallet deliveries.
To qualify for free next working day delivery, you must submit your order to us before 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. All efforts are made to ensure that you receive your order on the next available working day.
If your order is placed after the 3:30pm cut off on a Friday, it will be despatched on the Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Bank holidays are considered non-working days and will be treated as such.
Please note whilst we maintain strong relationships with our couriers and will do everything our end to ensure your delivery is with you the next working day (excluding pallet deliveries), some circumstances are beyond our control, such as traffic, weather or unusual events. This may lead to your delivery arriving late, meaning that tradesmen are unable to continue with a project. We will not be held responsible for any costs that are incurred as a result of a delayed delivery, and it is recommend that customers ensure the materials required by their contractors are on site prior to the commencement of any work.
If your product has been delayed, we will use our tracking service to help keep you informed of any estimated time and date of your delivery.
